ECOMER is designed to help reduce fuel consumption and emissions on ships. It is available in two systems, with optional add-ons:

ECOMER EMB: Intelligent Fuel Efficiency System

EMB is an advanced system that assists in optimizing ship operations by collecting, analyzing, and displaying real-time fuel consumption data. The system provides the captain with actionable insights to:

EMB Inputs

The system collects data based on vessel type and configuration, including:

• Tank levels (sensors)
• Diesel consumption of engines (flow meters and digital links)

• Power consumption per station (sensors)

ECOMER TC: Shore-Based Analysis Tool

TC is a software tool designed to analyze ship data collected by ECOMER EMB or similar systems. It helps shipowners improve operations and guide future investment decisions.

TC Inputs

Data collected onboard is transmitted via GSM, satellite, or USB. Inputs include:

• Tank levels
• Diesel fuel consumption
• Propulsive efficiency (engine speed, torque, propeller pitch)
• Energy production
• Power consumption per station
• Vessel status (position, speed, trim)
• Environmental data (temperature, wind)
• Operational data (tonnage, towing, passengers)
